Precision became part of who we are: noticing the smallest detail, preparing with purpose and putting our hearts into the work. Today, we bring that same passion to hosting. The room, the music, the timing and the welcome all matter because together they shape how your celebration feels.
A few effortless minutes on a competition floor are built on years of training. Repeating a movement. Refining a detail. Listening to your partner. Learning to stay composed when every second matters.
We trained to win. That meant learning to listen, refining what was already good and doing the work again until it felt right. The same work ethic now shapes our venue: a room thoughtfully styled, an entrance timed to the music, a team ready to welcome your family and an evening that moves naturally from one moment to the next. Our preparation is there to give you the freedom to enjoy it.
From Hong Kong and Singapore to Australia, Europe and Latin America, our careers brought us into different cultures, traditions and communities. Those experiences shaped our taste, our resilience and the way we connect with people.
America became our next chapter in 2019. Orlando became home: the place to build our family, create something of our own and contribute to a community we love. The people who trusted us, first with their dancing and later with their celebrations, helped Nencini grow.
Our path to U.S. permanent residency came through recognition of extraordinary ability in dance. For us, that milestone carries a responsibility: keep working, keep creating, and give our best to the place we now call home.

When our Orlando studio opened in 2021, we saw how dance could change the way people felt about themselves. A hesitant first step became confidence. A lesson became a friendship. A room full of strangers became a community.
In 2023, we began hosting celebrations. We started with smaller events and discovered how much we loved bringing an entire occasion to life. The welcome, the room, the music, the moment everyone comes together, it felt like a natural expression of who we are.
As the celebrations grew, we built a team who shared that passion and pride in their work. Today, we bring those same values to weddings, quinceañeras and family milestones, with warmth, dedication and a personal sense of responsibility for the experience we create.
Our love of dance also became Encore DanceSport, the ballroom competition we organize in Palm Beach. It brings together dancers, teachers and an entire community for competition, performances and the pleasure of being together.
Producing Encore means thinking beyond the dance itself: the welcome, the music, the atmosphere, the flow of the day and the care behind every appearance on the floor. We bring that same attention to your celebration at Nencini, so your most important moments feel beautifully considered and entirely your own.

Marcello’s path led through Tuscany, Milan and the Netherlands. Ekaterina’s began in St. Petersburg and took her to Australia. We first met at a competition in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2011; our partnership began in Italy in 2015.

Co-owner of NenciniMarcello brings humor, energy and an ability to make complex movement feel simple. His career has taken him through Europe and Latin America, as a competitor, teacher and mentor.
Co-owner of NenciniEkaterina brings precision, creativity and a generous teaching spirit. Alongside her international dance career, she studied creative arts and earned a degree in Hospitality Management, a natural connection between her love of performance and welcoming people.
