Is Nencini right for us?
What kinds of events does Nencini Ballroom host?
Weddings and wedding receptions, quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, milestone birthdays, corporate events and private celebrations.
How many guests can the ballroom hold?
Up to 150 guests. Our public starting prices include 100 guests; larger guest counts are confirmed in your proposal.
Can we plan our event in Spanish?
Yes. Our team plans events in both English and Spanish, from your first message through your proposal.
Where is Nencini Ballroom located?
5314 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821, near SeaWorld, I-4, SR-528, Orlando hotels, restaurants and visitor accommodations.
Can we afford it, and how do we plan it?
What does Nencini Your Way cost?
From $5,950 plus tax for 100 guests on Monday-Thursday dates, subject to availability. Ask us about Sunday and weekend dates. It includes ballroom styling, coordination, a service team and professional sound equipment (a DJ, MC and operator are not included). Bring your own food, or add our catering whenever you like.
What does Celebration cost?
From $8,950 plus tax for 100 guests on eligible Monday-Thursday dates, subject to availability. It includes Latin-inspired catering and our professional DJ and master of ceremonies, along with the same styling, coordination and service team as Your Way.
What about Signature or Dream Full Production?
Signature and Dream Full Production add choreography, photography, video and production elements around Celebration. They are quoted around your own plan on a private tour or by inquiry, and we never publish a number for them.
How do we reserve our date?
Reservations start from $2,300, applied toward your event total. Your specialist sets your payment schedule, and the balance is due 30 days before your event. The reservation payment is nonrefundable, and an inquiry or a tour does not hold a date.
How much event time is included?
Two hours of preparation plus six hours with your guests; cleanup follows the event.
Will our details work?
Can we bring our own food and DJ?
Yes, with Nencini Your Way. Bring the food you love and your own DJ, or add our Latin-inspired catering or a DJ/MC whenever you like. Your Way's included sound is equipment only; a DJ, MC and operator are not included unless you add them.
What if our date isn't Monday through Thursday?
Our publicly listed starting prices are for eligible Monday-Thursday dates. Ask us about Sunday and weekend dates; availability, services and price for those dates are confirmed in your proposal.
Can we host a ceremony here too?
Ceremony layout and options are confirmed with our event team for your specific date and plan.
Is parking available?
Your specialist confirms parking and accessibility details in your proposal.
Can we bring our own alcohol or bartender?
Clients provide alcoholic beverages, and bar service is part of your package. Licensed-bartender and serving requirements are confirmed with your specialist.
Can our outside caterer use the kitchen?
Kitchen access for an outside caterer is confirmed with your specialist as part of your proposal.
Do we need event insurance?
Any event insurance requirement is confirmed with your specialist in your proposal.
