Is Nencini right for us?
What kinds of events does Nencini Ballroom host?
Weddings and wedding receptions, quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, milestone birthdays, corporate events and private celebrations.
How many guests can the ballroom hold?
Up to 150 guests. Your proposal confirms the guest count, layout and services.
Can we plan our event in Spanish?
Yes. Our team plans events in both English and Spanish, from your first message through your proposal.
Where is Nencini Ballroom located?
5314 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando, FL 32821, near SeaWorld, I-4, SR-528, Orlando hotels, restaurants and visitor accommodations.
Can we afford it, and how do we plan it?
What is included in Your Way?
Your Way combines the styled ballroom, coordination and service team with flexibility over food and music. Bring your own food or add our catering. Bring your DJ or use our professional sound equipment; a DJ, MC and operator are separate. Explore your choices in Dream, then confirm your date, guest count and proposal with us.
What is included in Smart Plan?
The styled ballroom, coordinated service, Latin Essence dinner and DJ / MC. The essentials come together, so you can settle into the celebration.
What about Signature Package or Dream Package?
Signature Package includes story choreography, photography, a 360 booth and cloud effect. Dream Package adds video, Hora Loca and an operated photo booth. Your personal proposal confirms the selected services and total.
Which plans have a deposit offer?
Signature Package and Dream Package may receive a Nencini Deposit Match Grant of up to $4,000, matching up to 100% of the deposit depending on selected services. Nencini Your Way and Smart Plan may receive a Deposit Credit of up to $2,500. Selected dates. Subject to availability. Amount depends on your selected package and services; the exact amount and terms are confirmed in the written proposal. Neither applies to Last Minute.
Is a Private Chef available?
Yes. A Private Chef is an available option. Menu, inclusion, scope and pricing are confirmed in your personal proposal.
How do we reserve our date?
Your specialist confirms the reservation payment, payment schedule and terms in your personal proposal. An inquiry, a Dream design or a tour does not reserve a date.
How much event time is included?
Two hours of preparation plus six hours with your guests; cleanup follows the event.
Will our details work?
Can we bring our own food and DJ?
Yes, with Nencini Your Way. Bring the food you love and your own DJ, or add our Latin-inspired catering or a DJ/MC whenever you like. Your Way's included sound is equipment only; a DJ, MC and operator are not included unless you add them.
What if our date isn't Monday through Thursday?
Your proposal is tailored to your date, guest count and selected services. Explore the options in Dream, a guided planner or the brochure, then confirm availability and the full scope with us.
Can we host a ceremony here too?
Ceremony layout and options are confirmed with our event team for your specific date and plan.
Is parking available?
Your specialist confirms parking and accessibility details in your proposal.
Can we bring our own alcohol or bartender?
Clients provide alcoholic beverages, and bar service is part of your package. Licensed-bartender and serving requirements are confirmed with your specialist.
Can our outside caterer use the kitchen?
Kitchen access for an outside caterer is confirmed with your specialist as part of your proposal.
Do we need event insurance?
Any event insurance requirement is confirmed with your specialist in your proposal.
What is the ceremony capacity?
Up to 150 guests for a ceremony. Reception capacity is up to 150; confirm the layout in your proposal.
