Your reservation goes toward your event total. Your specialist sets your payment schedule; the balance is due 30 days before your event.
The details of your reservation
Subject to date availability and a signed agreement. The reservation payment is nonrefundable. Events booked within 30 days require the balance under the agreement. Optional upgrades, tax and applicable payment fees are separate. An inquiry or tour does not hold a date.

Is this different from planning a quinceañera?
Yes. Choose Sweet 16 in the planner so the team knows which milestone you are celebrating. Her style and your family’s priorities guide the conversation.
What if we are still deciding on the details?
Begin with a preferred date and an approximate guest count. You can choose “Not sure yet” for the entrance and talk through the possibilities with our team.
