Our venue rental fee varies based on date and package selected. Generally, pricing ranges from $4,990 to $14,990. Schedule your VIP Tour today to learn more about our amazing package options!
We have several packages and the options will vary based on the one you choose. Packages may include Chiavari chairs, table lines in a variety of colors, decorative table overlays, chair sashes, charging plates, silverware, exquisite centerpieces, cake and candy table, royal loveseat throne, backdrops, floral arrangements, DJ, bartender, discounts on dance choreography and much more!
The number of hours varies based on the package selected. Rental may range from 6 to 10 hours (with 2 hours of setup included in this timeframe). Start times may vary, but the event must end by 12 midnight.
You may choose to work with our carefully selected vendors for catering or you may choose to bring in your chosen caterer to create the perfect experience. We’re all about giving you the freedom to make your event uniquely yours. Some of our packages include servers and a bartender to serve your provided food and alcohol at the event.
Nencini Ballroom has a kitchenette, a fridge, and a microwave. Sterno/chafing sets and coolers are available for your food and beverages. We also provide banquet tables that you can use as serving stations.
The use of alcohol for private events is permitted. You are responsible for supplying alcohol for consumption at your event. An Alcohol Release of Liability Form must be signed prior to the event. For a worry-free event, consider our premium package which includes a bartender.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The amount may vary depending on package selected. You are welcome to pay in installments up until 30 days prior to the event (depending on event date), when the remaining balance is due.
